Account Executive
Job Description
The account executive is the primary point of contact for clients. Account executives should own accounts and are responsible for all client requests, planning, and follow-up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Has comprehensive knowledge of the Sprinklr platform and introduces new features to clients.
- Understands the requirements of the client organization related to sprinklr products.
- Onboard the client and any new users as needed.
- Performs administrative tasks related to the account: Schedule/attend all meetings, send out meeting notes, execute any action items.
- Monitor and track all client issues, questions or feature requests.
- Monitor the health of accounts and report status to Account Supervisor weekly.
- Meet regularly with account supervisor and relay issues, deliverables, and general status.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an account executive, preferably in a technical field.
- Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert on a new product and product changes.
- Experience and knowledge of various social media networks including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow up and resolve any client request, questions, or needs.
- Occasional travel to deliver onsite training for customer partners will be required.
- 4 Year college degree.
Sales Engineer
Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for a sales engineer to partner with the sales team to enable our continued client growth. The sales engineer will serve as the key technical point of contact for our sales group throughout the sales process. This role will focus on applying technical knowledge to determine how customer’s requirements can be met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings and trainings with the sales team and be able to answer questions about features of our product.
- Work directly with customers in educating and providing technical sales engagement where necessary.
- Act as key contact in creation, presentation and maintenance of content specific to sales efforts.
- Coordinate and manage customer communication of detailed implementation, performance, and features of our software.
- Follow-up on any technical questions and issue resolution. Escalate to appropriate contacts necessary.
- Occasional travel and participation in industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a sales engineer, preferably within software services.
- Demonstrated success in the support of sales team.
- Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members.
- Must understand and actively participate in social media networks, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- 4 year college degree in a technical field.
UI Designer
Job Description
Sprinklrs helps brands tap into the power of social media by providing a comprehensive social media management platform. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with our team to create the layout and design for the user experience. You will collaborate to understand functionality and customer needs to design functional and creative interface.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a simple and modern graphic design
- Utilize and improve upon UI elements to create full-page designs.
- Design for complex web app interfaces.
- Work with Engineering team to ensure functional designs.
- Monitor the Sprinklr platform and identify strengths as well as solutions for improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and modern interface design.
- UI artifacts experience including: style and color guides, UI element library, multi-layer PSDs of full-page designs.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with engineers as well as business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- 4 year college degree
