Solutions Specialist
Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for a solutions specialist to partner with the sales team to enable our continued client growth. The solutions specialist will serve as the key technical point of contact for our sales group throughout the sales process. This role will focus on applying technical knowledge to determine how customers requirements can be met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings and trainings with the sales team and be able to answer questions about features of our product.
- Work directly with customers in educating and providing technical sales engagement where necessary.
- Act as key contact in creation, presentation and maintenance of content specific to sales efforts.
- Coordinate and manage customer communication of detailed implementation, performance, and features of our software.
- Follow-up on any technical questions and issue resolution. Escalate to appropriate contacts necessary.
- Occasional travel and participation in industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a sales engineer, preferably within software services.
- Demonstrated success in the support of sales team.
- Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members.
- Must understand and actively participate in social media networks, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- 4 year college degree in a technical field.
Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive
Job Description
The account executive is the primary point of contact for clients. Â Account executives should own accounts and are responsible for all client requests, planning, and follow-up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Has comprehensive knowledge of the Sprinklr platform and introduces new features to clients.
- Understands the requirements of the client organization related to sprinklr products.
- Onboard the client and any new users as needed.
- Performs administrative tasks related to the account: Schedule/attend all meetings, send out meeting notes, execute any action items.
- Monitor and track all client issues, questions or feature requests.
- Monitor the health of accounts and report status to Account Supervisor weekly.
- Meet regularly with account supervisor and relay issues, deliverables, and general status.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an account executive, preferably in a technical field.
- Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert on a new product and product changes.
- Experience and knowledge of various social media networks including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow up and resolve any client request, questions, or needs.
- Occasional travel to deliver onsite training for customer partners will be required.
- 4 Year college degree.
Account Director
Job Description
- Serve as point of contact and manages overall health of strategic accounts, including revenue, profitability, forecasts and retention
- Oversees account teams and serves as mentor to junior team members
- Ensures Sprinklr values carried out across department
- Assists in new business development process as needed
- Strategically maps client goals to social technology and implementation
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in leading major accounts in digital or social marketing fields
- Successful track record in account growth and leading high-performing teams
- Proven thought leader in social business
- Credible in social media and/or business at senior and executive levels
- Fluent in social media management systems and social business principles
- Passion for social @ scale
- Agency experience preferred
- 4-year college degree or higher (marketing or communications preferred)

Inside Sales
Job Description
Opportunity to work in an inside sales role for the world’s most proven enterprise social media management platform, utilized by many F500 companies. Selling to the social media directors and community managers within the Global 2000 companies.
The position provides tremendous growth potential by starting in inside sales and developing into an outside enterprise sales role. You’ll be working closely with the outside sales representatives and marketing engineers to understand the sales process and convey key product differentiators of Sprinklr’s product to potential customers
